Michael Reinemann, LMT



Michael is a licensed massage therapist (LMT) specializing in clinical therapeutic work and the resolution of chronic pain brought on by injury, persistent stressors, dysfunctional athletic habits, or habitual lifestyle patterning. His skill set incorporates a variety of deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point, sports massage and Swedish techniques to help his clients achieve optimal movement and freedom from pain. Michael is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).


Michael’s broad approach to bodywork draws an diverse client base, from athletes to teachers to dancers to bodywork professionals. Common target issues in his therapy sessions are stress, back/neck/shoulder pain, plantar fasciitis, piriformis syndrome, inflexibility, rotator cuff injuries, and more. He is dedicated to partnering with each client to achieve their unique goals and outcomes.


Michael’s approach to manual therapy is informed by his extensive work as an educator, author, and international spiritual coach. Michael believes in the transformational healing power of embracing both the physical and spiritual aspects of life.



Maureen Hamel LMT

Maureen Hamel comes to Results In Wellness bringing over 30 years of experience along with professional affiliations with the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and the National Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NBTMB). Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage and Therapeutic Massage comprise her work.

  

Maureen delved into massage therapy due to a personal injury and a very strong belief that the human body has a tremendous ability to right itself from injuries and stress related issues. She remains passionate about assisting people on their path to better health and well-being through the holistic approach of massage therapy.

Alyssa Repp LMT

Massage Therapy

Alyssa is a passionate and caring massage therapist who joins the Results In Wellness team with five years of experience. Influenced by family and her compassion to help others, Alyssa has always been drawn towards the medical field. She studied nursing at  the University of Central Oklahoma before returning to Springfield, MA to receive her Massage Therapy License from Brandford Hall.  She brings her skills in Western massage such as deep tissue and Swedish massage as well as cupping that increases blood circulation, which may help relieve muscle tension and promote cell repair.  Alyssa believes “the more aware we are of our bodies the better we can heal ourselves.” 


Nadene

Yoga Bodywork

At a young age Nadene was searching for magic stones and had a passion for the mystical way. Falling into a very dark hole in her life with PTSD, she found herself in many unhealthy situations and by grace she was introduced to yoga. Nadene slowly began to practice yoga and it completely changed her life. In her work of caring for others, which is often stressful, yoga keeps her mind balanced, her body healthy and her spirit nourished. You will have the same experience if you give yoga a chance. It is for everyone who wants to be healthy, happy, and prosperous. Nadene service combines all of the modalities she has learned in yoga, reiki, shamanism and magical arts to bring loving peace and kindness to all.



Xiaoquang Zhao, LAc

Acupuncturist and Herbalist

Xiaoquang attended Santa Barbara College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, She has been practicing Chinese Medicine in Amherst, Massachusetts since she left California. Xiaoquang practices a whole spectrum of Chinese medicine, acupuncture, herbal medicine and nutrition, as well as body work such as Shiatsu massage, tuina, etc. She utilizes these different modalities to treat complex health concerns. Xiaoquang believes in harmonious and rhythmic approach to people and life in general and is dedicated to bringing awareness and empowerment to facilitate healing. 


Harlene Simmons R.M.

Reiki Therapy
Harlene Simmons is a Reiki Master/Teacher with nineteen years of experience and has a vast medical background which clients feel is an asset when receiving Reiki Healing. She leads Meditation, Chakra, and Chakra Dancing workshops. She also teaches Reiki Levels I & II. She has been on Mass Appeal numerous times.

While working at the hospital, Harlene wanted to learn a natural way of helping her patients with their pain management. One of the nurses she worked with was a nurse , and a Reiki Master as well. She taught Harlene Reiki levels 1 & 2. In later years Harlene wanted to teach this wonderful healing modality to others and went on to become a Master.

Susan Lecuyer, RMT

Reiki Therapy

Susan brings a combination of many healing modalities with her. She is a Master/Teacher in the Usui Reiki Tradition, and Master in Johore White Light Reiki. Susan also is a Shamanic Practitioner and a Mesa Carrier. She received the 9 Rites of the Munay Ki in the Peruvian Lineage and brings Shamanic Reiki into her practice as well.


Susan has been connected with her spiritual side all her life but in 2015 after a series of life altering events which she jokingly refers to as cosmic two by fours did she fully give herself over to her calling. Since that time she has worked with a few thousand people who have come to her for both energy work and to learn Reiki themselves.



Susan has a passion for helping people move forward in their journeys,and to facilitating healing and achieving inner peace. 



Kristen Hines MSW, LICSW

Clinical Psychotherapist
Kristen Hines, LICSW is a Masters-level Clinical Psychotherapist licensed in the states of
Massachusetts and Connecticut.

A holistic therapist focusing on the Mind/Body/Soul connection, Kristen is trained in Eye
Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
(MBSR), grief work, trauma, and Oncology Informed Treatment. Kristen utilizes a more holistic approach to treatment, weaving together techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, MBSR and yoga therapy with nutrition and health to help clients create genuine, lasting change. 

She has experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families dealing with such issues as mid-life transition, peri/post-menopausal well-being, grief and loss, trauma,
depression, anxiety, anger management, chronic pain, feeling "stuck", PTSD, relationship issues, stress management, life coaching and self-esteem.

Jo-Anne Gaughan-Cabral MSW, LICSW

Clinical Psychotherapist
Jo-Anne Gaughan-Cabral MSW, LICSW has 25+ years’ experience working as a Clinical Psychotherapist in many health care settings including both inpatient units and outpatient mental health settings. She has a broad range of expertise in the areas of anxiety, grief and loss, depression, relationship issues, trauma and dual diagnosis. Jo-Anne has also specialized in Geriatric Psychotherapy and Cancer Informed Therapy and the needs of clients and their families. Most therapy requires many modalities to be successful, her practice includes Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Strength Based. The client population Jo-Anne prefers is ages 18+.
