Providers who run this protocol consistently build a case library that does more for patient acquisition than any marketing asset they could produce.
The patient population is highly motivated and typically cash-pay. Chronic shoulder pain is debilitating. These patients have often already been through PT, cortisone, and a surgical referral they did not want to act on. They are willing to invest in a credible non-surgical alternative.
